This image provides context by presenting the relationship between Bringing the Background into the Foreground, Center Galleries, Detroit and the actual light switches on the gallery wall.

During the installation of the work, artist Robert Zahorsky suggested the piece needed a line on the wall to bring attention to the "mirror" image. As far as I was concerned my piece was complete. However, just as I had "riffed" off of Zahorsky's My Two Cents with the painting I Have No Spare Change, I encouraged him to make a piece in lieu of his idea. The piece that resulted was a dark line painted on the gallery wall titled, Fold Here.
